Two Day Working with Buttercream

Day One

Session One:

Learn how to level, fill and stack a cake for a professional finish.
Learn five different piping techniques with four nozzles to pipe on the sides and tops of cakes.

Session Two:

Learn how to pipe buttercream daisies, roses, five petal blossoms and crysanthamums.
Learn how to arrange your flowers and add leaves to finish off your display.

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED FOR DAY ONE:

Day Two

Session One:

Learn how to create sharp edges on a rectangular cake, creating a wooden box look.
Learn how to pipe buttercream succulents to complete the succulent garden box cake.

Session Two:

Learn how to use buttercream to create paint-like floral designs on the side of a buttercream cake.

SOME EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED TO COMPLETE DAY TWO (IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED DAY ONE, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO COMPLETE DAY TWO)

Class begins at 09:00 and we break for a short lunch break at 13:00
We end class at approximately 17:00

R1600 per day or R2800 for both days, includes all materials (except cake) and a delicious lunch
