In this two day course, you will learn the following:

Day One:

Leveling,filling and stacking a cake. Sharp edges with stripes.

Buttercream flowers to decorate cakes: roses, five petal flowers, chrysanthenums, daisies and leaves.

Day Two:

Textured buttercream: four different textured buttercream techniques on the side of the cake and one for the top.

Painting with buttercream: paint flowers on the side of a cake wiht buttercream and a pallet knife.

R2800, includes all materials , except cake.
